Moon Phase Tarot Spread

For this tarot spread, the center card is the current moon phase, the cards in "light rays" above the current phase are a possible projection on overall themes for future phases, the cards reflecting below correspond to the phase directly above and reflect additional aspects that may need to be considered. This spread can be adapted to any moon phase! Just rotate which one is in the center and adjust the meanings/reflections to your liking.

Card Placement Descriptions:

  1. The current full moon: this will be the energy or theme of the current moon phase, or one that you may be pushed to adopt moving into the next full circle of phases.

  2. The waning moon: this card will be the theme of this moon, or what you want to reflect on or release during this time.

  3. This card represents potential challenges or blocks to your perception of your reflections or things you are trying to release.

  4. New moon: this card will be the theme of this moon. It may also be what you want or will be renewing or beginning during this time.

  5. This card represents how to begin the process of renewal or new beginnings. Or perhaps something that you need to process before this renewal can happen for you

  6. Waxing moon: this card will be the theme of this moon or what you want to grow/attract at this time.

  7. This card represents how to grow, advance or expand. This is a "where do I go from here" next steps card.

  8. Full circle: this is the next full moon and where you will be or where your goals should be.

  9. This card represents your future potential moving beyond this full moon phase.
